We love our home built by Eagle 1 Construction. The craftsmanship and design is truly unique to any other home we viewed. From the rounded dry wall corners, painted vaulted ceilings, huge living room and kitchen, to the sound structure of the home, it is obvious that Brian put serious thought and attention to detail in the build of our home. No corners were cut in the construction of our home or the outdoor landscape from the retaining walls, covered deck, and huge patio. We purchased our home from a listing, it was not a custom build. Even from a listing, we were able to meet Brian before we moved in and he has remained available for any questions we have had. We are extremely happy with our experience and would most definitely recommend Eagle 1 Construction for your home building needs.

My family has lived in an Eagle One home for over a year. We couldn't be happier. The home has some really convenient features like a walk in pantry, a big storage room, and a large, well arranged laundry room. The finishes in the house are high end, well done, and attractive.

We have been impressed with the ease of dealing with Brian Smith. He has listened to our desires in color selection, appliance selection, and taken any concerns we had seriously. He also has some very hard workers that are trained in every specialty they need to complete a house.

It has been almost ten years since Frank and I saw our beautiful home. We want to thanks you for working so well with us, when we decided to add a kitchen and library to the basement.
